Ciara pulled in to New York last night with DJ Scribble for the Malibu Boom Radio Station Invasion tour.  Dressed in a black cut out dress and her staple Christian Louboutin pumps, she stopped by the red carpet before hitting the stage.

French Vogue magazine came under fire this week for featuring a 10-year-old Parisian model in an over-sexualized photo spread that would put some top models to shame. Thylane Loubry Blondeau is shown wearing heavy make-up, haute couture and heels, while showing off seductive pouts and poses for the camera, and many believe that this is going to give even younger girls a misrepresentation of how they should look. Oh, and this isn’t her first run-in with high fashion; at age 5, Thylane did a runway show for Jean-Paul Gauthier.

Chloe Angyal, editor of Feminsting.com, was disgusted by the photos:

“This isn’t edgy. It’s inappropriate, and creepy, and I never want to see a nine-year-old girl in high-heeled leopard print bedroom slippers ever again.”

Of course there are those that defend such photos as works of art. According to an Associate Professor of Psychology at Arizona Sate, photos like these are easy bait for a child pornographer:

“Any creepy child pornographer could plead ‘artistic license.  clearly create an image of the girl as an adult woman, both in the clothing, the postures and emotional content of the images. The message is that very young girls can be dressed and viewed as young adult women.”

Shaunie O’Neal Is Not Proud Of What “Basketball Wives” Has Become, Is Embarrassed By The Hoes In LA

“When I started the show I really just wanted to follow this group of ladies around. We all have a common bond; we understand each other’s lives. It started as that. Since then, it’s taken on a life of its own,” O’Neal told FOX411’s Pop Tarts column. “I never imagined it would be a group of ladies fighting and arguing that way that they do. That was never part of the plan.”
But what O’Neal may have planned to be a positive show has dissolved into a drama-filled program full of tears, tantrums, cat fights and lewd language.
“I hate that it has to be a fight or an argument that gives us 4.2 million viewers. I hate that, but it’s something where I’m working as hard as I can to show some type of balance, because it is there. We do know how to act, we do charity work. I would love a little more balance and we’re going to try to do more of that in season 4,” she said. “I know that people love the fighting and the arguing, but I do want to have some positive in there somewhere.”
O’Neal adds that the Los Angeles spinoff may be part of her franchise, but that she is not proud of it in any way.
“I feel like that show, from what I hear in certain production calls and stuff like that, is turning into ‘I have slept with a basketball player at some point of time in my life, so now I’m on Basketball Wives’. That’s definitely not what I brought to the table and not what I would be proud of having my name on. I think that’s a whole different show that I wouldn’t produce.”
So embarrassed by the show is O’Neal that she won’t allow her children to watch the program and wants to completely revamp it.
“A change needs to be made somewhere in these reality shows. If I can be the start, I would to be a start in showing some balances,” she said.

At least she’s honest. And for real, how are these hoes who have just let a gang NBA cats smash that getting on this show?!?!?!?! Craziness.

Last night’s episode of VH1′s “Single Ladies” was another yawner as the scripted series continues to lose viewers by the thousands. The Queen Latifah produced series was crushed by VH1′s sports-themed reality series “Basketball Wives” in the TV ratings last week.
The problems could be the terrible acting of some of the walk on actors, and the writing lacks the originality and excitement of the first 3 episodes.
“Single Ladies” was filmed on location in the Atlanta area, and stars LisaRaye McCoy (Keisha), Stacey Dash (Val) and Charity Shea (April).

Nicki Minaj's 9-1-1 Call, Screams "What You Hittin' Me For?!"

If this isn’t voyeurism, we don’t know what is, as the 911 call regarding an incident with Nicki Minaj and a member of her entourage while they were staying at a swanky Dallas hotel has been released and subsequently posted by TMZ. While Minaj denied the key details of the incident, like that it was her assistant who hit her in the face , the somewhat muffled call reveals otherwise. It sounds like some s— was going down. We listened to the whole thing, so you don’t have, since it’s long, with lots of pauses.

Here’s a recap: Minaj was cooling out at the Hotel Palomar on July 12 when an altercation took place by the pool and allegedly carried upstairs to the rooms. A hotel employee who identifies himself as the front office manager called 911, requesting police assistance for the guest in room 825, who is refusing to open the door and needs to be removed from the premises. There is lots of yelling in the background and at one point, you can hear someone asking Minaj how she wants to handle things. There’s also some talk about “wanting my f—ing money,” too. You can also hear Minaj screaming.
Eventually, the hotel manager asks the dispatcher,”Did you hear all that? It’s pretty crazy up here right now. This is a celebrity profile group. This is Nicki Minaj … Her entire crew is up here. She got hit in the face by somebody too. I’m sure you got that on tape. She got hit.” When the dispatchers asks who hit Minaj, the manager says, “I don’t know who, I don’t know.”
Sounds like things got dicey in Dallas on a hot July night and we’re sure Minaj is not thrilled about his recording being made public, as the incident is in the rear view.
